The Penmarth War Memorial is situated outside Penmarth Wesleyan Chapel., Penmarth, Kerrier, Cornwall. It takes the form of a white marble column standing on a plinth surrounded by a wrought iron fence; atop is a sculptured urn half covered by a drape and set on a plinth, base, and step. The dedication is on the 6 o'clock face of the plinth and base in black lettering. There are five names listed for World War 1 ad five names for World War 2.

1914-1918
COLLINS	Albert Charles	4882, Private, 3rd Regiment, South African Infantry. Born in Wendron in 1888 the son of Nicholas and Annie (nee Thomas) Collins of Carnmellis, Redruth. He was Killed in Action on 15th July 1916 aged 28 and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, panel, and face 4C, France.
JENKIN	Stanley James	SPTI/2478, Private, 24th (Service) Battalion (2nd Sportsman) Royal Fusiliers, the London Regiment. Born in Wendron in 1892 the son of Christopher and Martha (nee Toy) Jenkin of Calvadnack, Four Lanes, Redruth. He enlisted in Camborne. He was Killed in Action on 31st July 1916 aged 24 and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, pier, and face 8C,9A and 16A, France.
PENLERICK	Edward	26585, Private, 10th (Service) Battalion the Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry (Cornwall Pioneers). Born in St Keverne in1897 the son of Paul and Lavinia Catherine Andrewartha (nee Andrew) Penlerick [Cornwall Parish Death Register and Civil Registration Death Index show his age as 23]. He enlisted in Camborne. He died in Helston on 20th October 1919 aged 22 (burial No 1362).
PRISK	Samuel	153089, Gunner (Signaller), 168th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery. Born in Wnedron in 1894 the son of Hercules and Julie (nee Moyle) Prisk of Polgear, Four Lanes, Redruth. Brother of Peter below. He enlisted in Redruth. He Died of Wounds on 19th October 1918 aged 24 and is buried in St Sever Cemetery Extension, grave No S.II.O.20, Rouen, France.
PRISK	Peter	26598, Private, 10th (Service) Battalion the Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry (Cornwall Pioneers). Born in Wendron in April 1895. Brother of Samuel above. He enlisted in Four Lanes. He Died of Wounds on 18th July 1917 aged 22 and is buried in Coxyde Military Cemetery, grave NO I.J.8, Belgium.
