The memorial can be found within All Saint’s Church, Greetwell. On the north wall of the nave is a white stone plaque in the shape of a scroll, with incised black lettering bearing the names of the four men commeorated in World War 1. There is a another plaque to one of the men commemorated on the memorial and his grave is in the churchyard.

CROSS	John William Albert	Private, 2nd Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 29/09/1918, age 21. Service No: 242460. Son of William and Annie Cross of Greetwell, Lincoln. Grave/Memorial Reference: Panel 4. Cemetery: VIS-EN-ARTOIS MEMORIAL
HORTON	Albert	Private 2nd Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 22/10/1916, age 20. Service No: 11583. Son of George William and Eliza Ann Horton, of Greetwell, Lincoln. Grave/Memorial Reference: I. P.14. Cemetery: GROVE TOWN CEMETERY, MEAULTE
HORTON	Joseph Isaac	No further information currently available
MARSHALL	Charles	Private, 46th Bn 3rd Canadian Infantry (Saskatchewan Regiment). Died 11/11/1915 (CWGC says 10/11), aged 23. Service No: 426057. Son of Barney and Mary Marshall, of Greetwell, Lincs, England. Born at Hemingby, Lincs. Cemetery: GREETWELL (ALL SAINTS) CHURCHYARD Also on the north wall is a brass plaque on a dark wood surround: In Loving Memory of PRIVATE CHAS. MARSHALL WHO DIED WHILE IN TRAINING AT BRAMSHOTT CAMP HANTS 11TH. NOVEMBER 1915. PLACED BY HIS COMRADES OF THE 46TH. BATTALION 3RD. CANADIAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCE Rest in Peace. There is a corresponding grave in the churchyard: IN LOVING MEMORY OF CHARLES MARSHALL DIED NOVR. 11TH. 1915, AGED 23 YEARS HE CAME FROM MOOSE JAW, CANADA, TO SERVE HIS KING & COUNTRY. HE LIES BESIDE HIS MOTHER. “FOR GOD CALLED HIM.”
