The memorial stands in the churchyard of St Gregory's Church; it takes the form of a Celtic Cross with a sword of sacrifice in relief on the shaft mounted ona plinth with a three stepped base. The World War 1 inscription ios on the front face of the plinth, and extra plaque has been addeed below on the first step for the World War 2 inscriptions.

1916
BERRY	Frederick	Private, 20901, 1st/6th Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment (T.F.). Died of wounds aged 34, Sunday 10th of December 1916. Eldest son of Alfred and Mary Berry. Husband of Prudence Berry. Buried in Martinpuich Cemetery, France.
GIBBINS, DCM	Sydney	Serjeant, 10888, 2nd Battalion Welsh Regiment. Died of wounds aged 21 at Wimereux, Thursday 20th of July 1916. Youngest son of William and Mary Jane Gibbins. Awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal (D.C.M.). Buried in Wimereux Communual Cemetery, France.
SILVER	Frank Henry	Lance Corporal, 7961, 7th (Service) Battalion King's Royal Rifle Corps. Died of wounds aged 27, 16 th of September 1916 Youngest son of G. and E.J. Silver. Buried in the Dartmoor Cemetery, France.
WYATT	Andrew	Gunner, 119074, Royal Field Artillery. Died of wounds aged 18. Second son of Thomas and Margaret Wyatt. Commemorated on the Basra Memorial Iraq.
1917
AYRES	Walter	Private, 22447, 7th (Service) Battalion Leicestershire Battalion. Died of wounds aged 32, Saturday 16th of June 1917. Only son of William and Fanny Ayres. Buried in Achiet- le- Grand Communual Cemetery Extension, France.
WALFORD	George H	Corporal, 19898, Royal Flying Corps. Died at Gainsborough aged 23. Buried in St. Gregory's Churchyard, Offchurch.
1918
AYRES	Thomas W	Driver, T3/030355, Army Service Corps. Died aged 21, 5th of October 1918. Buried in Abbeville Communual Cemetery Extension.
BROOKS	Herbert C	Rifleman, R/1411, 18th (Service) Battalion King's Royal Rifle Corps. Died of wounds as a Prisoner of War aged 30, Sunday 31st of March 1918. Second son of Charles and Mary Brooks. Buried in Cologne Southern Cemetery, Koln, Germany.
COLES	Wilfred H	Private, 122341, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). Killed in action aged 19, Thursday 28th of March 1918. Eldest son of Frederick and Mary Coles. Commemorated on the Arras Memorial, France.
WOOD	Joseph,	Private, 32862, 2nd/5th Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment (T.F.) Killed in action aged 33 at Hazebrouck, Sunday 13th of April 1918. Second son of Charles and Annie Wood, Husband of Agnes Wood. Buried in St. Venant-Robecq Road British Cemetery, France.

BARNWELL	Walter G.	Gunner, 983734, 69th Heavy Anti Aircraft Regiment Royal Artillery. Died aged 21, 28th of October 1941. Son of Charles and Ada Barnwell. Buried in Tobruk War Cemetery, Libya. 1942
ALDERSON	Raymond	Lieutenant. Killed in action aged 23 in Libya, Sunday 14th of February 1942.
1944
MATTINSON, MC	Michael C	Lieutenant, 121310, 5th Battalion Northamptonshire Regiment. Died aged 25, 16th of June 1944. . Son of Michael and Margaret Mattinson. Awarded the Military Cross (M.C.). Buried in Orvieto War Cemetery, Italy
